Ramsden International

Over a 4-month period, we worked with Ramsden International to create a new B2B experience allowing their customers to easily search, order and ship UK products anywhere in the world. We successfully increased basket spend and reduced administrative burden, ensuring their customers are now better served.

Ramsden International are a wholesale exporter with a complex business model and diverse customer base, where they have over 500 customers across 123 countries.


67% time reduction for internal processes.

Within an agile methodology, we designed a customer-centric solution that provided 67% time reduction in the internal order line replacement process.

Other improvements included the quality and accuracy of orders, vastly improved range & accessibility for customers and significant advances in product search speed & accuracy to increase basket spend.

Providing UX research and design expertise

We conducted formative research activities to understand more about user behaviours and their needs.

We used this information to help inform a design direction when creating the wireframes, clickable prototypes and visual designs to represent the proposed experience.

We then conducted qualitative evaluative research with real customers to gather feedback throughout the process to build confidence in our design direction and ensuring the solution would be successful when live.
